OPB’s Jeff Mapes discusses the many layers complicating the renewed fight over the proposal to change how corporations in Oregon are taxed. Lawmakers are trying to fill a $1.4 billion budget shortfall.

Last week, Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke announced that his department would re-evaluate the Obama administration’s comprehensive plan to protect the greater sage grouse. John O’Keeffe, president of the Oregon Cattlemen’s Association, and Bob Sallinger, conservation director for the Audubon Society of Portland, join us to reflect on what that might mean for Oregon.
