Legislature right to reject cannabis lounge bill

An equivalency between cannabis and alcohol has emerged since Oregon voters legalized the possession and use of marijuana for recreational purposes in 2014. Both are regulated by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, both are restricted to people age 21 or older, both are taxed for public purposes and driving under the influence of either is prohibited.
