Tolls on I-5, I-205 ‘likely eligible’ for approval, feds say 

When Oregon applied for federal approval last month to toll sections of Interstate 5 and 205 in the Portland area, state transportation leaders admitted they were “in somewhat uncharted territory.” So, it was welcome news Tuesday when the Federal Highway Administration said both tolling proposals are “likely eligible” to move forward.
