Oregon DOJ accuses Vancouver air duct company of deceptive marketing, files lawsuit

Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum has filed a lawsuit against a Vancouver-based air duct cleaning company. In a statement from the attorney general’s office, U. S. Air Ducts, its owners and their associated companies are accused of violating Oregon’s Unlawful Trade Practices Act (UTPA) by using deceptive marketing practices to make over 11 million unwanted robocalls to Oregon phone numbers and sending 20 million deceptive print advertisements to Oregon consumers.
