What’s allowed in Oregon’s new COVID-19 risk tier framework

Oregon’s statewide “freeze” concludes Thursday and transitions into a tiered framework designating each county by risk levels with different restrictions for each tier.

Counties placed in the “extreme risk” tier face the strictest restrictions. Twenty-five out of Oregon’s 30 counties has been deemed “extreme risk,” including Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas.
