Suspect in child pornography case arrested in Oregon

A 30-year-old from Cascade Locks is facing encouraging child sex abuse charges in a months-long child pornography investigation, authorities said Wednesday. Kale Kingman was booked into the Northern Oregon Regional Correctional Facility (NORCOR) on ten counts of first-degree encouraging child sex abuse. Kingman was arrested on Monday, March 29 when investigators working an ongoing child pornography case executed a search warrant for a home in Cascade Locks.
