Sweep nets contractor violations

The state Construction Contractors Board recently made a sweep of Curry, Coos and Douglas counties and found a range of violations, including people performing work without a contractor’s license, the agency announced this week.

More than 140 job sites were searched and 41 violations were found, including 16 in Curry County. Most of those were on residential sites.
