Former TRCI food coordinator charged with sexual misconduct

The former food services coordinator of Two Rivers Correctional Institution faces a misdemeanor charge for sexual relations with an inmate.

Kimberly Ann Porter of Hermiston worked at the state prison in Umatilla as a food services coordinator from Nov. 3, 2014, until she resigned Aug. 3, according to Department of Corrections communication manager Jennifer Black. The Umatilla County District Attorney’s Office indicted Porter in October on the lone count
