Reports of sex abuse continue to plague Coffee Creek women’s prison
Despite years of sexual abuse and misconduct scandals — including a series of lawsuits accusing a prison nurse of raping and abusing inmates — and promises to protect inmates, another sexual abuse lawsuit has been filed against Coffee Creek Correctional Facility.
The $1.9-million complaint filed on behalf of Jessica Rogers-Hall, a current inmate at Oregon’s only female prison, accuses a former kitchen employee of groping and sexually assaulting her and several other inmates.
