OBGYN forced to retire after allegation of sexual contact with patient

Robert Jack Harder, a former Salem Clinic doctor, has lost his medical license following an investigation into an allegation made to the Oregon Medical Board that he had sexual contact with a patient, according to a board order.

Harder, who specialized in obstetrics and gynecology, had been under investigation by the medical board since April 4. The board’s order did not provide any details about the incident.
